Hi! My name is Alishia and I am a KraftaholicMommy!
I am a busy human. When it comes to mornings, I am usually very swamped with running around, getting Monkey’s lunch today, getting him dressed, getting my Bible reading in, getting my morning coffee, getting myself dressed for the day, and everything else that goes with morning routines. Some mornings it is hard for me to get my own breakfast in, much less it be something super healthy. I would love to preface this with stating that Alishia, the KraftaholicMommy, is not a thin lady. I am a thicker Mama and I’m okay with that. However, I don’t really care to eat unhealthy. So, with busy mornings when I see that I am not going to be getting my toast and yogurt in, I hit the freezer.
On occasion, I will add a little bit of peanut butter or almond butter.
I simply blend these together and in just a few moments, I am enjoying something that it is delicious.
I always keep frozen fruits in my freezer for mornings like these. I also love having a fresh smoothie from time to time in the afternoons, rather than having that fifteenth cup of coffee. Haha.

I know this is a short post, but tomorrow’s post will be a bit longer as I talk about helping my little man embrace his creativity.
