Hi! My name is Alishia and I am a KraftaholicMommy!
It has been a hot and crazy day here in the KraftaholicMommy house. I am still perky and happy to be here. I would love to talk about where I would love to be today.
I have always dreamed of a particular road trip. As many of you already know, I love riding in the car with my husband to new places. I have dreamed of this trip and one day, my husband and I will be taking this trip.
I have always loved history. I really have enjoyed writing my Dealer Sunday’s, learning the history of the stores that I love, has been so much fun. I would love to take a road trip that visits all of those places.
I would love to go to Hudson, Ohio and see the first ever JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. I would love to go to Dallas, Texas to Michael’s founding store. I would love to visit the factories of the yarn companies that I love so much.
I think a trip like this would be a great way to visit places that my husband and I have never been before. I also would be blessed with learning so much more about the crafting stores and companies that I love so much. I think it would be so beneficial for the site and for crossing off some items on my bucket list. I know what you are thinking, how could this be fun for my sweet and loving husband and son?
So, I have also looked at fun things to do around those areas and boy do they have so many fun places to visit. There are some beautiful parks to visit, plenty of museums, and great restaurants. These towns have so much to see and so much yarn and crafting supplies that I can literally hear the money flying out of our bank account.
Traveling is something I feel that everyone should do. I would love to hit some pit stops on the way. By on the way, I mean way out of the way that will be beautiful. On the way to Hudson, Ohio, I would love to visit Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I would love to also visit Savannah, Georgia, Athens, Georgia, and Columbus, Ohio. I would love to visit these places for their history and their beauty.
I am a firm believer in traveling. I think that it is one of the best ways to learn about the country you live in. I truly love learning about as much as humanly possible. I would strongly suggest traveling to areas near you as well.
I wanted to share this because, I love traveling and I wanted to open the door for some great discussion. I would love to talk about where you amazing people would like to visit. What is your dream trip? Would you be bringing your crafting supplies? Crochet or Knitting? I would love to read about them in the comments.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed today’s post. If you did, feel free to give this a like, comment, or share. I would greatly appreciate it! Until next time,
Thank you and God Bless!
